Sensit Yoga Somatics Immersion 1, 2 and 3
Workshop The essence of the Sensit Yoga teaching methodology is engaging students in an embodied self-inquiry and self-exploration.
Students learn to work with felt experiences and sensations. They begin to trust the support they discover in their own body, and start to feel inspired and empowered by the guidance from within.
The guidance that the teacher offers is the key in this process. It facilitates the students' interoceptive journey, and helps them navigate in this new space in a way that can lift the curtains of conditioning, change old habits, and open the door to new landscapes. -
